|
1 Today's Date
Simple: just write down today's date.
|
2 Major Running or Other Goal or Goals
Write down your goals each day; it will help you to stay focused! Have more than one, and not necessarily running-related goal? Write it as well! Remember to occasionally re-evaluate your goals as you go.
|
3 Today's Meal Plan
Plan your meals and snacks with your training and races in mind. Having this kind of plan allows you to look back at your diet and make a better shopping list for the weeks ahead.
|
4 Month and Day-by-Day Chart
Lets you visualize the daily progression of the current month. The schematic allows you to mark the days off the month you are done with. You could even write down the run's planned distance or time for that particular month and week in the small squares allocated for each day of a month.
|
5 My Weekly Running Schedule/Plan
Simply put, the Weekly Running Schedule helps you to either note, or plan your running week day by day. Then, at the end of each month, you can tally it all on the Distances Covered sheet included as one of the bonus pages at the end of the Journal.

7 My Running Journal
The difference between runner's log and runner's journal is like a difference between making a grocery shopping list and entering your experience of shopping for groceries in your personal diary. Here you put your heart to describe your feelings, emotions, significant occasions or other worth-mentioning events that happened to you either during running, racing, or just during your regular day.
