My Today's Running Route
Do you find yourself often in need of making sure your dear ones know where you are running today? This part of runalog was designed just for this specific purpose. Say, at the last moment you decided to change today's route and did not have enough time to notify your relatives about it. All you need to do, is print this sheet, fill out the time and location of your run, and if you wish include a schematic drawing of your course with street names or other landmarks. I am sure such a detailed note about your long run will go a long way to satisfy your family, plus, you can peacefully concentrate on your running.

My Favorite Running Routes
My Favorite Running Routes page is just what it says; list your running routes, its distances and, for example, in the NOTES part of the page, either assign a particular route to a particular day or specify what type of terrain/surface the route has.

2010 Compact Calendars
You can do many different things with the "Year in a Glance" page. For example, you could block-out your base training in one color, strength in another, and speed in yet another. Or, you could just write down the milage in pencil while planning your preparation for your next race and see if you have enough days to get ready.
